Within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return items to Edgetone Records, for any reason, for a full refund. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of a shipping error or the item is damaged during shipment.

If your items are found to be defective you may choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for a purchase at a later date.

Please note we cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee of 15% at our discretion.

SALES TO DISTRIBUTORS
All sales to distribution outlets are final. No refunds no returns.

REFUNDS

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund issued within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or the item is damaged.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Just a few simple steps:

1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box or padded envelope. You can use the box or padded envelope the items arrived in or another box or padded envelope, if you prefer.
2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
