Jukka-Pekka Kervinen is a Finnish composer and musician. His main instrument is electric guitar, with various extensions: prepared, computer-software, live coding, electronics, all in free improvisation framework. Mostly avant-garde solo works, but also other genres like glitch, experimental, IDM, mixing all together in various ways, settings, all in live environments. Compositions range from algorithmic avant-garde chamber music to techno, glitch/IDM, breakcore, but current works mostly very minimal, quiet chamber and electronic pieces. He is a member of Wandelweiser collective.
